By accessing or using LookMyDestiny (the "Service"), purchasing a Celestial Audit Report, or submitting your personal birth data through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and LookMyDestiny ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

LookMyDestiny provides personalised astrology-based life reports ("Celestial Audit Reports") prepared by human analysts using the birth data you submit. These reports are intended solely for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual exploration purposes.

Important Disclaimer: Our reports do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship counselling. You should not make significant life decisions based solely on the content of your report. LookMyDestiny is not a licensed medical, psychological, or financial services provider.

Astrology is a belief-based interpretive art. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or predictive validity of any report.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a report from LookMyDestiny. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Upon successful payment, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Your Celestial Audit Report will be delivered to that same email address within 24 hours of order confirmation, unless exceptional circumstances arise.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. In the event of delays beyond 48 hours, please contact us at lookmydestiny@gmail.com. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided during the order process.

All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store, access, or transmit your payment card information at any time. By completing a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy.

Prices are displayed in USD. Currency conversion and applicable charges are determined by your payment provider. LookMyDestiny is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or currency conversion losses.

All content delivered as part of a Celestial Audit Report — including the written analysis, interpretive frameworks, and formatting — is the intellectual property of LookMyDestiny. Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, resell, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of your report without our prior written consent. Sharing brief extracts for personal social media use is permitted provided LookMyDestiny is credited.

We collect only the personal data necessary to produce your report: your name, email address, date and time of birth, place of birth, profession, relationship status, and stated life focus. This data is used exclusively to generate your report and send you relevant communications.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and may be retained for up to 12 months for quality and record-keeping purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LookMyDestiny, its analysts, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or any report.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
