Refund Policy

We stand by the quality and care that goes into every LookMyDestiny report. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Policy
All LookMyDestiny reports are digital products, personally prepared and delivered to your email. Due to the bespoke, hand-crafted nature of our service, all sales are final once the report has been delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances only:
- Your report was not delivered within 36 hours of confirmed payment
- A significant technical error occurred during payment and no report was generated
- You were charged more than once for the same order
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the content or predictions of the report
- Reports that were delivered based on incorrect birth data submitted by you
- Requests made after 48 hours of report delivery
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email us at lookmydestiny@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order, with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Full Name]". Please include:
- Your full name and email used at checkout
- Your Razorpay payment ID or receipt
- A brief description of the issue
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where a report was partially delivered or contained a significant factual error on our part (e.g., wrong planetary data due to a system issue), a partial refund or complimentary re-delivery may be offered at our discretion.
